Your skiing is lacking the most essential of the "essentials": tipping. You are able to put your skis on the edge, but only through leaning into the turn, and that can only take you so far.
So you need to learn how to tip first. Which sounds a bit silly, because it seems like such a simple movement. And it is - at least while you're standing in your living room. Add a steep slope covered in slippery stuff and two planks attached to your feet to the equation, and it becomes much more complicated. In fact, it turns out that there is a lot of things which need to be executed properly before you can tip, like releasing properly and managing your balance. ECBAE 1 is your roadmap for getting to this point, so I'd say you're on the right track there. In general, the process of release/balance management will in turn require different combinations of the "primary" movements, which you can find described in the Essentials book, so that can also help with your understanding.
Good luck!
P.S. don't worry - you're not the only one who finds videos of themselves humbling. But the more you use video, the faster you can improve!
