Hi Art ,
you have sparked a bit of controversy here ! I think that hip forward movement of yours on transition is great when I compare it to the posterior aft movement that you did have . To get refinement the movements have to be going in the right direction even if a bit oversone at first .
Nice job , I can see there is a bit of competion between you and Bev ?

Jeremy, that's exactly the point. It's why everyone should not just jump in and give advice about what is most obvious immediately without at least asking questions. Sometimes it's a transition period someone is working on, to get through. Just watch Geoffda's evolution, he's getting through it, but until he really started exaggerating the pull back on every move, you'll see a slight hitch. The hitch is OK, as long as it moves the feet back, after the release and it's not a push off the ground.
