Ordering Instructions
Accessories are available from the pmts.org office. Postage costs $3.95
for the first 2 lb., $1.20 additional per lb. (mailed by Priority Post).
You can order a lot of patches for the 2 lb. postage cost, so put together
a multi-order with your friends!! Please print out an order form, and
mail it with check or money order (address on form).
