Are the Elan SCX Parabolic skis going to perform well with the PMTS movements? any personal experience? I am a begginer skier and I just bought a used pair.

If you got the softer (white) ones and they are short ( 163 ) they will be fine for learning. Best on soft snow.

and also, how are women specific skis diferent from other skis?

Those are the ones I was talking about, very easy to tip and let the turn happen ( 9 meter sidecut!). I don't have any experience with women's skis.
