Headed to Vail the first week in April. Any word on what to expect with regard to snow conditions? Thanks.

The base is pretty good. But it needs to start snowing again....

I'll be there. That is if there's still some snow left...

Great. Hopefully it's not that bad and it will snow soon.

no. it is going to be 50F starting this w/e. bring suntan lotion and shorts and sandals. :( it is very sad: no chances of snow for another week or so. some rain possible. you should go to alaska to ski.

Naw!! I always have good luck with these things. We can expect a huge snow storm to hit the Vail/BC area around 4/3.

Of course, being from the East anything beyond a thick frost IS a huge storm.

I'm coming either way. If nothing else, I'll ski A Basin and Loveland.

We do need some snow.

So let's be positive, not so gawd dang doom and gloom ("Poor me, it's never going to snow again")!

C'mon Ulr, let it rip! Dump please!
