If the boots are properly set up (lateral and fore/aft) and the individual did not have any severe handicaps/injuries I don't think there are any hinderances... The visual of PMTS may look different (certain movements more pronounced) due to body proportions but the fundamental movements remain the same. For me personally, I've worked with many different builds, both male and female, and the only limitations that are consistent across all are dedication to owning their improvement (do the drills) and their commitment to their own personal strength, fitness and flexibility.
