For a progression start with Book 1 then move to Book 2. It is pure magic and super simple.

The video will include three different levels of skiers, from different age groups and locations. The progressions are mostly what you see in the Essentials, in Book 1 and Book 2. If you don't read and study those books the video will be less valuable. The books offer the foundation of PMTS understanding. The video should be edited and available by this fall, no date is set yet, but it will be before the winter season.
