Daily Schedule - Green/Blue Camp

Payment:
Most of you are paying by credit card. We will run a tab for you for the whole week so that we only have to process one charge on your card. If you get a footbed and or alignment installation, they will go on a master bill. Friday morning we will have a final bill for you to sign (or you can pay by check at that time).

Alignment/Equipment “pre-day” before camp:Some campers have expressed a desire to have their indoor alignment session, or to get new equipment, on the weekend before camp. If you would like to do this and are able to drive to our shop (halfway between Denver’s airport and Solvista), please let us know and we’ll add you to the schedule. We will be contacting you individually in the week before camp to confirm/schedule your appointment.

Meeting place in lodge:
The Solvista base lodge is a 2-story building. The cafeteria is on the second floor, and there is a large stone fireplace at one end of the seating area. We’ll plan to meet in this vicinity each morning, as well as eating lunch and watching video here.

Your coach:
Your coach is your central information contact - the “go-to” person for scheduling, questions, etc. Do you have any special desires that you'd like to cover during camp? Tell your coach early on the first day. Wondering what time to watch video? Ask your coach.

Video:
Video is performed on a weather-permitting basis. If it’s snowing hard, we will not video. You will watch video with your coach at lunch, once skiing is over.

Hi,
Thanks for this. Will I be able to use my Armada ARV's on the course ? Will you also be able to provide me with some directions as I would like to visit the shop on our way through to Solvista Basin on Sunday and maybe do the assessment. We hope to arrive in Denver at 11:30 and intend to drive, so should have all afternoon to kill.

Regards,
Brett Palmer

Brett,

Directions to the shop are online at
http://www.harbskisystems.com/location.htm
You'll be coming from the east.

You're welcome to use your Armada skis at the camp. However, you may want to try a narrower, more shaped ski for at least a few days of instruction. Since the latter tip more easily and respond more quickly, they'll give you positive feedback sooner as you learn and improve your technique.
