My intuition tells me that it could be very beneficial to interleave skiing and skating on Harb Carvers.
I mean ski one day, skate on Carvers the next, or ski and skate on the same day.
When the memory of ski movements is still fresh, I can apply the same movements to Carvers and see what happens. Fine-tuning turns on Carvers generates new skills, which can be applied on skis before my body forgets. This is sort of bio-mechanical feedback of sorts.
Am I right on this? Is this the experience of Mt Hood Camp participants?
If it is the case I would like to try interleaving my skiing and skating during next season.
