Yes, they rip. But the first drill is working on Stem Christie's. Does anyone here actually think there is any value for a PMTS skier to work on stem christies?

I watched the first bit of the video, thought, "Those guys can certainly ski. Let's see what exercises they suggest......Stem Christie's? They seriously think a stem Christy is going to get someone to ski like them?". Then I shut off the video.
