... the site, that is ... they are going under. It'll be interesting to see what happens to the PugSki site (what with the migration of the Epic riff-raff) which was at least civil and tolerant of "other" views.

Judging by what shows up on my youtube homepage suggestions there's still a large internet presence of bad skiing advice.

Bad advice? Right now they're up to about 11 pages of hand-wringing and tears about all the "knowledge" that's going to be lost when the site goes down. Knowledge? I say, good riddance to bad rubbish. Even the owners (Vail, I think) didn't think it is worth their while to preserve anything.
