An often misunderstood winter water need is you lose water, especially at altitude, and mostly from breathing, not sweat. Dehydration can cause cramps, headaches, etc. Drink water while skiing.

Yes an odd post in the Social Chatting section , he sure isn't one of the " Guys and Dolls " . Maybe he wants to get involved in a Water Drinking Contest with lots of side betting . He wants to enter as the dark horse from Dublin or St. Petersburg .
