Postby suxsusy » Sun Feb 09, 2014 4:55 pm

Good evening everybody,
i'have a question but i didn't find an answer by my self, maybe becouse of my language knowledge or i'haven't learned to use the forum very well.
Which muscles have i to "feel tired" the first times i try to ski pmts way?
I want to change my skiing from tts in pmts and i began from the tipping in the book 1.
After my exercises, i skied and now i feel some muscle tired.
Thanks to those who will answer me
Bye

Those might be the right muscles but they might not. The best way to know is to post video so the coaches can tell you whether you have the right approach. Have someone stand halfway down the hill and film you starting at the top as you go by and a few turns viewed from the back. Post the video on YouTube and post a link here

Skiing is seriously hard work so a lot of muscles should be tired at the end of the day.

Hallo!
@ cheesehead : I will be really pleased to ask MA for me but i'm waiting to perform some drills a little better than now because i' m just at the beginning and at this point of my learning, i think MA is useless.
Thank you for the advice about making the video.

@ Max_501 : Yuo're absolutely right ! Above all if you make new movements in your skiing! I only hope i will make the right ones :D

We will see it later.

Bye Bye
