Any PMTS Instructors at A-Basin?

Postby Bingster » Tue Oct 09, 2012 7:17 pm

After checking the following link on the harb ski systems web site, I don't see any PMTS instructors available at A-Basin. Does this mean there are no PMTS instructors available at A-Basin?

I believe Danny Wilkin works there. He is a PMTS green level cert. There are also several of us who ski locally but don't work for the resorts. Both myself and CO_Steve are PMTS green level instructors. If you want to do some skiing, let us know.

IIRC Chris Brown told me that website has not been updated in years. Maybe e-mail HSS for the most recent information.
Skiing: falling down the mountain with style.

Great. Are you guys good at teaching short turns including bullet proof short turns and bump skiing? Those are the things I need to work on.

We can certainly help, but you will get your best results with a Blue level or above. It would be worth giving the shop a call and seeing if you can book with Chris, Diana, or Harald. If they can't teach at A-Basin, Loveland is close by. Let me know when you are out & I'll be happy to ski with you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will go to the shop for boot alignment. After that, I will go for an on snow verification and training.
