Are there any PMTS instructors in Fernie?

Postby ejmoore » Fri Jan 22, 2010 3:01 pm

I'm going to Fernie in March 2010 and would like to arrange some PMTS lessons if possible. I've tried emailing the two instructors listed for Fernie but both are undeliverable. Does anyone have any other suggestions? EM

Don't forget Max Sherwood in Fernie he's certified PMTS.

from Jan 22 in the "CSIA REVISES ITS POSITION" THREAD
he mentions Max Sherwood in Frenie. I had Max as a coach at an A-Basin camp in Dec and really got a lot of help from him:
refining two footed release, gaining a "feel" for what the tail of the ski is doing, integrating newly learned skills into freeskiing, continual tipping as opposed to "park and ride", short leg=long leg, gaining range of motion in hip movement and more!

Don't know his contact info, but I'm sure that Chris Brown will have that at the Harb Office in Dumont.

good luck,

Richard

Richard,

Thanks for pointing me to this. My brother John is also chasing him up. I've got an email address so I'll see if it works, or else try Chris Brown. I need some help as I find it difficult to figure out what I'm doing without someone to point it out.

All the best

E
