Just came in the door from a weekend up north. Don't know much about Blizzards, but I think as long as you are comfortable on them thats all that really matters. I don't think that owning a pair of Head skis is a prerequisite for learning PMTS.

That is a relief..because you know me..i would be just crazy enough to go out and buy a pair.

These Blizzards are a FIS legal slalom ski, it might be like taking a bazooka to a knife fight, but hey, thats me. I can bring along my Metrons too. I know they have a 74 waist, but I can still lay them over quite well. I do know a pair of Supershapes I could borrow in case of an emergency.

Phil,
Just got back from pretty good day at Blue. Best reasons to ski there
1) 1 Hr. to get there
2) 2 high speed lifts
3) 1000 foot verticle
4) Never as cold as Kton
but best of all
5) That that dosen't kill you makes you stronger.

Your Blizzard Sl skis will be fine. While I drink the PMTS Kool Aid, I ski atomics. It's the magician not the wand! Buy Expert Skier 2 - the CD rocks!
If you don't know where you're going, any ski turn will get you there!

I assume you are referring to the quality of the ice err snow err ice. I had my time put in at Camelback for years, that was enough. ;)

I'd love to join you, but I've got a family birthday party to go to. I'm going to try and worm my way around it, but I've been skiing a lot lately, so no one is going to feel very sorry for me.
