There's still turns to make at the Basin, the Love Land. So you all need to rally. I'm aiming for 5 days in May, it could go higher.

I'm at the Love Land on Friday, this Sunday. There's a posse on Sunday.

I'll be doing a couple of weekends at Mammoth in May and 1 or 2 in June.

Saturday I skied with Hobbit, saw Mason. John. Many thanxs once again for the booties. He'll wear them proud.

Sunday I skied the Basin. Great snow, great bumps.

Lousy skiers though. Get this. Rusty sees Mason in the lunchroom. He goes up to Mason, starts ragging on him. Rusty walks out of his way, goes up to a guest -- a beginner no less -- and starts bad mouthing his skiing. Rusty picking on Mason is the equivilant of a big guy picking on a little guy. A ski instructor, picking on a beginner skier. More reasons why I can't stand them. What a low class move. I can't believe someone would go out of their way to ruin someones' day. That a ski instructor would pick on a beginner. Rusty did. Fluck you, and all your pals, Rusty.

I have never had one bad day making turns with real skiers. In fact, they've all been great. I have had lotsa bad days, whenever I come into contact with any of them.

Didn't ruin my day

Postby John Mason » Mon May 01, 2006 3:04 pm

Didn't ruin my day. Rusty, bless his heart, can't help it I guess.

It must be the ski instructor in him - always trying to help out.

I did get down the ungroomed icy coral stuff off lift 4 at 13,000 feet at loveland. That's progress for me. I don't think I would have tried that a year ago.

It's been a fun year. I didn't get many days in this year - I'm at 15 right now. But I've got the HH race camp and the Atomic Race camp coming up this summer to keep me going.

Heh...I ski plenty and I avoid ungroomed iced over crunchy crap whenever I can. No fun for me.
