Here's a 3-D model of that run (I think). What do you folks think of this?

Here you go:

For future reference, for embedding youtube videos, if the youtube URL is "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OxQpQqpHTw", then to embed you insert only "_OxQpQqpHTw" between [youtube] and [\youtube]. Likewise with vimeo, if the link is, say, "https://player.vimeo.com/video/123456789", you insert only "123456789" between [vimeo] and [\vimeo]. More info. here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2607&p=39491&hilit=embedding+videos#p39491

Thanks, Theorist.

I'm curious about what people here think about Tina's turns in that first video, and whether they think the 3-D animation is accurately portraying what she's doing. I hope someone will comment.

In the first video, her left and right turns appear to be symmetrical, equal-to-each-other, not sure of the best word here, so I am concluding that her boots are laterally canted just fine. But I'd like to hear what the better eyes here think, as I know I'm by no means a master boot canting evaluator. I have no idea about how the forward lean of her boots/bindings is working for her.

The turns are very round; she's totally completing them. As she starts the new turn, she comes up (well, she has to, doesn't she, given how low she got?) Her skis come together momentarily at neutral, then down she goes for the next turn, nice-n-easy it appears. Comments on how she starts and how she completes these turns? When I try to apply PMTS thinking to these turns, I fail miserably. I'm sure someone here can do this.

She looks extremely smooth and relaxed as she does these turns, unexpectedly relaxed. I think the appearance of relaxation comes from the way she's holding her torso so upright, and her hands so not-forward. I find this odd, given the edge angles she's using for those turns. Comments on that?

Even though her torso appears very upright, the ski tips are not flapping in the air, skis appear to be doing what they are told to do. So I'd guess she is not dysfunctionally aft, but am I missing something you folks can see?

I want to look at the animation for more info on how she's turning, but I'm not sure it can be trusted. Anyone got thoughts on that?
