Ted!!!

Mostly I root for good skiing when I watch the World Cup. However in the Olympics and at the Worlds I succomb to some to nationalism pull. It was nice to see Ted kick some Austrian butt today and take gold! I have only seen the first run so far. He made several mistakes in the first run and was still only .24 behind Hirscher. Before the mistakes he was showing more speed than Hirscher. Unlike the women's set (which was very straight) this was a nice tight turny course. Very fun to watch.

That's 3 World Champ golds in GS. Puts him in rare company!! Sweet!!
