John, I would make a rule on the US Ski Team for women and men's downhillers, as of today, for when you come up through the ranks. If you can not make the cut in GS, top 30, you don't make the downhill team, simple. Why keep injuring a bunch of young athletes who will never make it anyway.

Some will say Ganong and Nyman would never make the team. They would have if they have trained GS longer and had good coaching when they were younger.

I agree 100%. I think its a message that the speed coaches will never get through their thick skulls.

Wow, Fenningerjust slayed it in the GS today. The first run was near perfect. Definitely worth seeing.
