Boots for junior girl

Hi all,
My daughter needs new boots, and her feet are sized just between kid/junior and ladies sizes, approx 21.5..22.0. 23.0 is often the smallest size in adult boots, and that is definitely too large, so..
Her feet are narrow and she is slightly knock-kneed.
Based on this, i've tried to find suitable junior race/advanced boots.
The only reasonable model I found from the web is Tecnica Diablo Jr, with smallest size being 22.0.
Any suggestions?

If I recall correctly, Salomon's are considered to be quite narrow, my wife has a narrow foot, and has been using Salomon for quite some time. Not sure though that the same goes for kid's boots.
