Just to clarify, the boot fitting took all day. The lesson took about 3 minutes. I got to practice all day because I was putting my boots on and off for about 6 hours. I did get some reminders early on when I was having trouble but no one needs a 6 hour lesson on this, only several hours of practice (actually 5-10 in and outs and mostly everyone will have it down).

So, does this video sums up a good way to do it?

Go Large,
Thank you for the suggestion. I have Intuition Pro Tongue liners, which I put on "racer style" and the anti-friction tape works great! I made my own boot horn out of a spare sheet of Ptex base material which works ok but the tape works much better. This year, having to boot up in the parking lot or doing a very quick in and out of the lodge boot change has made it a necessity to be able to get the boots on and off quicker. The tape has really helped. Thanks!
