Movement Jams

Thinking of bringing out an old pair of 182 Movement Jams for spring, corn, dirty snow, pebble slush bumps season. Anyone still ski these? What current skis, if any, would you compare them to?

I skied my green Jams today. They are awesome midfat skis, great both on the groomed and in not too deep powder, great on spring snow. I absolutely love them and keep them away from poor snow where odds of getting deep scratches are high. They were, and still are, very nice skis. For poor snow conditions, I use my "rock skis", TT80.

I was curious, too, what current model years skis would be a good match to Jam since my son could benefit from something similar. Perhaps someone else would chime in.

Odds finding them used are quite low because quite a few of them were sold in the U.S. The green model is probably 5 years old by now. If you are in Europe, your chances might be better.
