Haugen used to be a top 3 GS racer. He is on the right. On the left is Feurstein is a newcomer to the top 5. His development has been slowed because he has had terrible Headaches while training. They are finally figuring it out.

I finally broke down and subscribed to Peacock. I find myself trying to be a more active viewer of the races and pick out some of the things Harald points out. In the past, I was a much more passive viewer and could not tell one racer from another.

BTW, the guy on the left in Harald's photos is Patrick Feurstein. Everyone that loves ski racing should watch his second from the first GS at Alta Badia where he went from 27th to 4th. Outstanding, Hirscher-like skiing. Someone may be able to find it on YouTube but I couldn't. Peacock rocks!
Balance: Essential in skiing and in life!

Thanks for that name jbotti. I'm watching the Alta Badia GS race now. I'll keep an eye out for him.
