Question: When do we start doing HIP CA with Hip CB, first aft of the turn or second aft? It should be gradual so i suppose it start after the transition zone. :idea:

I think I agree with HIgh Angles , also I see a push of the heels instead of an edge change while still flexed .

I also see a curve fo the spine instead of level hips in many turns .

Based on that comment it seems that i have a challenge to do hip counteracting, I've watched many times my video and i see that curve regularly. Will Hip Counter correct the situation or it is something else?

Work on including the pelvis when you counter balance.

When Hip Counterbalance start exactely, it cannot be when you have deep flexion in transition, i thing you need to get a long first, so just before the fall line. Am i right?

It has practically become my "religion" in this early season. I find that when I get tired I stop doing this correctly, so I'm really struggling against the physical fitness challenges that this focus provides.
