Japanese demostrator gives confusing advice.

You may have many heroes on YOUTUBE and watching great skiing by Celebrity skiers and guys who do movies, even some of the Japanese demonstrators are great skiers. But they don't understand the dynamics or movements that create their own skiing, let alone what others need to make their skiing better.

This is a very confusing video and clinc, full of contradictions.

He tells everyone to rotate the hips, not to use the legs to release, which is crazy, and then he rotates the two-footed release. Afterward, he gives feedback to the skiers attempting this tun and tells the skiers (because they are making a big turn and not able to stop) to stop the rotation of the hip. Advice to PMTS skiers, entertain yourself with their skiing but not their teaching.

Thanks for the advice. I will take this guidance to heart. No need to pollute our PMTS learning with other instructional thoughts.
