There need not be confusion about a release!

Very simple straight forward skiing, flex the outside leg once the ski comes around the arc. Let go, relax, tip the other way, but let the momentum take you across.



If you try to shorten the radius or quicken the arc from what I'm skiing, (In this video) the edge will break away. The only way to shorten the turn or tighten the radius from here is to flex faster, pull back harder and tip earlier. Steering is out of the question!

There may actually be two sentences in that post.

For all those looking for MA. Study these turns. Everything is in them. Flexing, CB, CA, inside foot tipping, inside foot pull back, high C engagement. Most feedback has the word "more" in it. Do more flexing, do more tipping etc. Well if you are not tipping as much as in this video, or flexing as much as in this video, you still have some practice to do.
