The Way Forward Exercise from the Essentials Book

I tend to avoid the Way Forward Drill as I worry that it may put undue load on my beloved TT80 skis. Iā€™m 6ā€™3ā€ tall and weigh 210lbs so I can inflict a lot of load on the skis. Am I just being silly and worrying over nothing?

You're right! Just been trying it on the local indoor ski slope. It's perfectly fine. There's more stress on the skis with an average day on the slopes
