Let's do a poll!

Postby Mr. T » Fri Jan 02, 2004 10:06 am

Let's try to get to know our group and find if not soulmates at least ski-mates who share the same favorite kind of runs.

It is a single choice quiz and the answer has (at least for me) mutiple-choice with weights.
Love greens,
Love blues,
Love black,
Love occasional double blacks and steeps, but do not live for them.
Love them all even more if they powder covered.

Let's do a poll!

Mr T,

Its a good idea to run this poll....especially given we seem to be a relatively small number.

What about bumps?

You are right Bluey, I did not think about bumps specifically because in most places they are everywhere on black runs or on any kind of bowl
after a few hours or a few days.

Welcome paolobw. Stay with us. Do not leave now.
I am not sure you are the only guest from Italy, but the more, the merrier!

Let's do a poll!

Postby Bluey » Fri Jan 09, 2004 1:09 pm

Mr T,

How's the poll going?
When do we get the final results?.....any chance of a peek at the rough interim results to date??

By way of note, and its only a very minor matter but I don't want to take credit from "Guest" above in respect to his/her comment/suggestion on bumps. I didn't post as this "Guest"......

The poll is going very bad, my dear Bluey.
Some do not agree with my wordings, some are to shy to vote, and some
do not care to vote in the poll. According to the poll so far, PMTS people are a very strange group: half likes blue cruiser and half likes the double black runs. I guess in Big Sky they will form two groups: one will go up to the peak and the other will stop in the mid section to look at the landscapes and do some occasional skiing.

Let's do a poll!

Postby Bluey » Fri Jan 09, 2004 2:31 pm

Mr T,

Sad to hear the poll is not getting a good response.......its a no-brainer to answer....took me just few seconds to do it....... so it beats me why the response hasn't been better.......

Come on guys....get your act together and do the poll !!

Who wouldn't want to ski like Seth Morrison or Jeremy Nobis .
All the other things I enjoy , cruisers when tired , hotel views when exhausted ( in the hot tub) . Steeps to prepare for the really big stuff . Bumps to ... prepare for the big stuff etc . But really inspiring ... theres only one answer .

The poll is a bit slow , I am only the third to vote . good luck

Excuse me Mr. jclayton, what would the big stuff be? Steeps are big stuff already, aren't they? Or are you thinking to descend Mt. Everest?

Little Devil

I guess I mean the "Steep and Deep" on the "Backside" with a few rocks strewn here and there for a bit of extra emotion and lots of rappelling to get there. I do actually dream a little bit !
By the way is that you who voted with me in the poll , turning into a big devil eh !
