The Oz , Kiwi and US travellers will be getting a bit twitchy if the cancellation of flights continues for much longer.

The main airlines are conducting test flights at the moment . There is going to be a backlog but normal flights are expected to resume Wednesday or Thursday next .

HH interjects: Wow! How did you do that? This has got to be classified, so many planes, I feel like I'm Don Rumsfeld at mission command control, or something like that.

I booked some Head iSupershapes to rent but now they don't have any 165's . I said the slalom versions of Elan or Fischer would be O.K. What do you think . I would quite like a lively ski , I have the idea that the Head Magnum is a bit damped down .

Do they have the 170cm SS? Do they have the Magnum? Its a good ski, plenty of pop in it. The consumer detuned SL skis from Elan and Fischer would be good options as well.

Take a 170mm SS, but only if it is 2010. Otherwise take a TT Icon 80, 165cm.

This would be best, if I'm in your group, the white won't clash with my outfit.

Besides, I'm already on the magnums, and we'd look silly wearing the same frock.

Looking at the website the choice is limited . No SS in 170 , but Magnums and Superspeeds yes . No Icon TT's ( I would have liked them , but ? ) . Looks like the Elans then . ( would a 170 be better )

For those who are interested the weather on Thursday was pretty much as in the photo posted by Harald last week.

Looking good for Friday.

Five were here for the multi course feast that passes for dinner, the contingent from down under arriving tomorrow.
