Book Recommendation

As an ex-Physical Education major, I would like to recommend a book to you all. It is: Core Performance by Mark Verstegen. It details a 12 week training program that is the most comprehensive, and well thought out that I have ever seen. With its great emphasis on balance, movement prep stretching, elasticity, and cardio- I think it is especially well suited to skiing. Check it out. (WOW two posts in one day-that's a record for me)
