Just got down from shooting some pics with Harald and Diana. This was not free skiing, but from a series of exercises emphasizing lots of seperation and a power release. They are from the same turn sequence. The release started the turn and the lengthening was from just before 3 O'clock.
So how much range of motion (flexion/extension) should you try for?
