I m not sure if this is an improvement. One sure thing is now my tfr is much more consistent. I can get very similar vid on every attempt. Here is one among them. The focus was on earlier counter. I am seeing some tipping enhancement as a result. Any comment or advise will be much appreciated. :D

My attempt on the linked two footed release with focus on the linking between turns. It was very difficult in the beginning. Now its getting easier yet still jerky. I specifically tell myself to release with the old-free/new stance leg. Any comment and advise will be much appreciated. :D

Almost all of those looked really good! You may want to try keeping the stance foot (more) relaxed, this will keep that ski from fully engaging-so the turns take up less room and speed.

Thanks for the feedback. I ll try to get it right next time. What kept me from a relaxed stance foot is the very icy condition. I just not comfortable with losing grip. Again, i ll try to get there, with a relaxed stance foot in the lower C? More comment with the poling? :D

Hopefully Max or others can chime in to fix any wrong ideas here:

Too tall!

Watch Harb again. Pay special attention to the initial position of the pole. It is farther downhill, and that causes him to start in a more flexed position. You are tall and close, and have to do something funny with the pole arm to get it out of the way. So much that it causes you to stop tipping.

Initial state: Reach, Flex
Actively: Pull back feet, Tip, CA.

This is the ONLY set of movements that will give you a good sense of control throughout the turn. You may find that it is hard to stay well balanced when initiating. That is the fear response shutting you down.

Take some courage, get low, reach, start to tip, pull back the feet, stay balanced, get slightly inside, stay outside ski dominant -- CA will help from the "stay balanced and on.

It seems the weighted release automatically refined my tipping. I put whatever I learn from the weighted release into tfr. Any advise will be much appreciated. :D

tfr weaker side:

I still seeing some jerkiness. But what I m worrying is whether there are signs of hocky stop here? anyone seeing hockey stop here? :D

linked two footed release: an attempt to find the float. I tried to release with the old-stance leg as much as possible.
