PMTS.org vs. Harb
Ski Systems events:
Many PMTS camps are fully described on the Harb Ski Systems web site.
If the details for an event are on the Harb Ski Systems web site, please
follow the directions there to enroll. Events such as Fall Camp, Accreditations,
etc., follow the guidelines here. If you have any questions, please send
an e-mail (link on left menu) or call us at 303-567-4663.
Procedure:
To enroll in a PMTS.org event, you must fill out an enrollment form and
sign the liability waiver, and send them with full payment by credit card,
check or money order, to PMTS.org. The enrollment form and waiver are
available online - click on the "enroll form" button above.
If you can't print the forms, contact
us by e-mail and we'll mail one to you. We will confirm your enrollment
by the method you indicate on your form.
Enroll early:
Your enrollment form must be received four weeks prior to the event start
date to ensure space for you. Within four weeks of the event, PMTS.org
will accept your enrollment on a space-available basis.
Cost:
Unless otherwise specified on the enrollment form, PMTS.org event fees
cover only the training; lift tickets are not included. We work with all
our host areas to provide discounted rates to event participants.
Cancellation policy:
More than 4 weeks prior to event start date: PMTS.org will refund your
full event fee
Between 4 and 2 weeks
prior to event start date: PMTS.org will refund half your event fee
Less than 2 weeks prior to event start date: no refund (unless due to
injury or illness)
Insufficient enrollment
policy:
PMTS.org retains the right to cancel events due to insufficient enrollment.
To avoid this problem, recruit your instructor friends to attend events
with you!
