It was with
Mel's support and encouragement that PMTS.org was formed. The first
ski school director to evaluate and use PMTS Direct Parallel®,
Mel's ongoing, ardent support for the program has been instrumental
in its acceptance and growth.

Harald Harb
Dumont, CO
Harald is the
source of inspiration for PMTS Direct Parallel. His vision led to
the creation of a new and better teaching system, and to the accreditation
process to ensure quality in ski teaching.
Harald is curently
the chief trainer and examiner for PMTS.org.

Kris Kruse-Elliott
Bay Area, CA
For years, Kris
was a trainer at the Tyrol Basin, WI, ski school and a consistent
organizer of our Midwest events.
Now living in
California, she is training the Tahoe-Donner ski school on a part-time
basis, helping instructors achieve PMTS accreditation and teach
Direct Parallel successfully.

Rich Messer
Fraser, CO
Rich has been
a Direct Parallel enthusiast and promoter from the start. He was
director of the Silver Creek, CO, ski school from 1999-2001, teaching
PMTS Direct Parallel® exclusively.
Rich organizes
the à la carte clinics and the trainers at the annual Fall
Camp - no small feat!

Diana Rogers
Dumont, CO
Diana produces
member information, including the newletter and membership cards.
She oversees training and accreditations, including archiving results,
tracking members' training records and producing certificates. As
well, she is the designer and webmaster of the PMTS.org site.
